How It’s Made?
Jane’s lovingly hand-crafts their ice cream in small batches. It’s made nearby â€“ just 90 miles north of Manhattan, in the heart of the Hudson Valley.
What’s In It?
Jane scours the world to find the best natural and local ingredients to flavor their ice creams and sorbets. Only intense chocolate, real fruit and pure vanilla will do! They never use any artificial flavors or colors and the dairy come from cows raised without the use of synthetic hormones.
Who Makes It?
Amy Keller and Bob Guidubaldi have run Jane’s for 30 years. Their award-winning ice cream has been made from recipes handed down through their family for generations. They use the finest ingredients to create the best flavors and nothing less will do.

Amy’s sister, Chef Jane Keller, was the third founder (and Bob’s sister-in-law).
